Dr. Marc Sintek is an Associate Professor of Medicine in the Division of Cardiology at Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis. He serves as Director of the Barnes-Jewish Hospital Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory and as Program Director of the Interventional and Structural Heart Disease Fellowships. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from Nebraska Wesleyan University. He received his Doctor of Medicine with High Distinction from the University of Nebraska College of Medicine.
In 2008, he moved to St. Louis to complete his Internal Medicine residency at Washington University/Barnes-Jewish Hospital, where he served an additional year as Chief Medical Resident. He subsequently completed fellowships in Cardiovascular Disease, Interventional Cardiology, and Structural Heart Disease at Washington University.
