Dr. Annie is an Associate Professor in the Department of Research & Education at the CAMC Institute for Academic Medicine, a faculty member in the Department of Cardiology at Charleston Area Medical Center, and serves as Clinical Sciences Research Manager for Heart & Cardiothoracic Surgery. His research interests focus on cardiovascular outcomes, geographic health disparities, and structural determinants of health, with additional work in oncology, toxicology, and trauma-related outcomes.
