David Elison, MD, is an interventional cardiologist specializing in the management of valvular and structural heart disease as well as complex coronary artery disease. His clinical interests include the minimally invasive management of valvular heart disease, understanding mechanisms of valve failure, cardiogenic shock and mechanical circulatory support, as well as electrosurgical and other strucutral heart innovation.
Dr. Elison received his medical degree from University of Colorado School of Medicine in Denver, then went on to complete residency in Internal Medicine, followed by training in General Cardiology, Interventional Cardiology and Structural Heart Disease at University of Washington School of Medicine in Seattle, and current serves there as an Assistant Professor of Medicine and the Associate Program Director for the Interventional and Structural Heart fellowship programs.
