He completed his Cardiology fellowship at Washington University in St. Louis/Barnes-Jewish Hospital. He completed fellowships in Interventional Cardiology and Structural, Valvular, and Peripheral Vascular Intervention at Brigham and Women's Hospital/Harvard Medical School. Dr. Depta is Associate Professor of Medicine and Vice Chief of Cardiovascular Innovation at the Medical College of Wisconsin, and serves as Medical Director of the Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory and Structural Heart Disease at Froedtert Hospital. He is a leader in the field of structural heart disease and serves as a proctor instructing physicians across the world.
