William Herzog, MD, FACC, FSCAI is a medical officer with the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) primarily serving on the coronary and peripheral interventional device teams. Prior to joining FDA in 2023, Dr. Herzog practiced interventional cardiology for more than 30 years and served on the faculty of Duke University and part time faculty of Johns Hopkins University. He has more than 30 years of experience with clinical trials in a variety of settings and roles.
