Rachel Neubrander is the Branch Chief for the Structural Heart Devices Branch in the Division of Cardiovascular Devices at the Food and Drug Administration. She joined FDA in 2012 as a reviewer in the Structural Heart Devices Branch, primarily focusing on review of cardiac occluders and transcatheter valve replacement and repair devices. Prior to joining FDA, she received her PhD in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Virginia.
