Dr. Billal Mohmand is a Cardiology Fellow and incoming Interventional Cardiology Fellow at Banner – University Medical Center Phoenix and the Carl T. Hayden VA Medical Center in Phoenix, Arizona, where he serves as Cardiology Chief Fellow (2025–2026).
