Dr Said Ashraf is an interventional cardiologist specializing in coronary, structural and endovascular therapies. He completed his cardiology fellowship from Wayne State University/Detroit Medical Center in 2020 and interventional cardiology fellowship from New York University - Langone in 2021 before starting his first job at AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center. He spearheaded the development of PERT and introduced endovascular interventions, he is site principal investigator of two randomized controlled trials. His interests include complex and high risk interventions, mechanical circulatory support, cardiogenic shock, structural heart interventions, systems and quality improvement in cardiac catheterization lab and cardiovascular research.
