Imran Baig, MD is a board-certified interventional and structural cardiologist specializing in minimally invasive treatment of valvular heart disease and complex coronary interventions. He has advanced training in transcatheter aortic valve replacement (TAVR), complex mitral valve disease, and percutaneous treatment of coronary chronic total occlusions (CTOs). Dr. Baig is committed to transparent communication and delivering highly individualized, evidence-based cardiovascular care. He serves as Principal Investigator of the TAVI-CLOSE trial and is Medical Director of the Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory at Baylor Scott & White. He was awarded the Early Career Leadership Scholarship at CRT 2025.
