Dr. Muhammad Umar Khalid is a cardiovascular disease fellow at the Sands Constellation Heart Institute/Rochester General Hospital and will be joining St. Luke's Mid America Heart Institute as a Interventional Cardiology fellow for the year 2026-2027. His main research interest is valvular heart disease, vascular disease and interventions. His current research interests include procedural sucess and complications of novel interventions and the duration of antithrombotic therapies.
