Dr. Asrar Abdou is currently completing advanced fellowship training in Complex and High-Risk Coronary Interventions (CHIP) in Detroit, with a focus on mechanical circulatory support (MCS), complex percutaneous coronary interventions (PCI), and chronic total occlusion (CTO) interventions. She previously completed her interventional cardiology fellowship at The George Washington University in Washington, DC. Dr. Abdou completed her general cardiology fellowship training at the University of Pennsylvania and the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley. Her clinical interests include the management of complex coronary artery disease and high-risk coronary interventions.
