Dr. Nirat Beohar is Director of Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory, Medical Director of the Structural Heart Program and Director of Interventional Cardiology Fellowship program at the Mount Sinai Medical Center. He is former Professor of Medicine at the Columbia University Medical Center and currently Professor (Adjunct) of Medicine at the New York Medical College. His reseaech interests include the utilization of artificial intelligence in the early detection of valvular heart disease in the primary care setting, complex valvular and coronary interventions. He has an extensive portfolio of translational and clinical research.
