Dr. William Dixon is an Associate Professor at the Florida State University College of Medicine. He is an Interventional Cardiologist with Southern Medical Group, P.A., Tallahassee, FL, and has over 25 years of experience in the field. Prior to moving to Tallahassee, he served 15 years active duty in the United States Army. His clinical interests include complex coronary artery disease and critical limb ischemia. He is the President of Tallahassee Research Institute, and has been a leading enroller in several landmark trials including Life BTK and Agent IDE. He is a co-host of the Blue Collar IC's podcast. Outside the cath lab, Dr. Dixon enjoys FSU sports, fishing, and hunting.
