Seyed Hossein Aalaei-Andabili, MD is an Assistant Professor of Medicine at the University of Maryland specializing in Structural and Interventional Cardiology, with a focus on complex structural heart interventions.
Dr. Aalaei-Andabili earned his medical degree in 2012 and completed his Internal Medicine residency at the University of Florida in Gainesville. He went on to complete a Cardiovascular Disease Fellowship at the University of Maryland, followed by advanced fellowships in Interventional Cardiology and Structural & Vascular Intervention at Johns Hopkins Hospital. He also received additional structural heart training at the University of Bern, Switzerland.
He has authored more than 60 peer-reviewed manuscripts and is actively involved in clinical research.
