Dr. Michel T. Corban FACC, FSCAI is an Associate Professor of Medicine (Cardiology) at Sarver Heart Center; University of Arizona College of Medicine - Tucson. He is an interventional and structural cardiologist at Banner University Medical Center in Tucson, AZ. He completed his postdoctoral research fellowship and medicine residency at Emory University in Atlanta, GA and his general cardiology, interventional cardiology, and structural heart disease fellowships at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN. He was the ACC 2021 Young Investigator Award Finalist for Clinical Trials, and his research interests are coronary physiology and intravascular imaging, coronary microvascular and endothelial dysfunction, cell therapies for coronary artery disease, and myocardial bridging. Dr Corban has authored more than 50 publications and has over 2900 citations.
