Dalia Carbajal MD is an internist and clinical cardiologist with formal training in cardiac rehabilitation and cardiovascular prevention. She is a graduate of the National Institute of Cardiology “Ignacio Chávez,” a high-volume tertiary referral center and one of the largest cardiovascular institutions in Latin America. She has nine years of experience in comprehensive cardiovascular care. Her clinical and academic interests focus on primary and secondary prevention, cardiometabolic disease—particularly diabetes mellitus—exercise prescription, and cardiac rehabilitation as key components of contemporary cardiovascular management. She supports evidence-based, guideline-directed care and the advancement of women in cardiology through integrative and preventive strategies.
