Marysa Leya is an Assistant Professor at the Bluhm Cardiovascular Institute of Northwestern University. She completed her medical school, internal medicine residency, and cardiovascular fellowship at Northwestern and served as chief cardiology fellow. She also continued subspeciality training in interventional cardiology at Northwestern and completed an additional year focused on advanced structural and complex coronary interventions. Her interests include complex coronary interventions, TAVR, and left atrial appendage occlusion.
