Dr. Elana Koss is a Structural and Interventional Echocardiologist and System Director of Structural Heart Echocardiography at Northwell Health. Dr. Koss completed an Advanced Structural Echocardiography/Interventional Echo Imaging fellowship at Columbia University under the mentorship of Dr. Rebecca Hahn. Dr. Koss received her BA in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania. She attended Albert Einstein College of Medicine and then completed training in internal medicine followed by cardiology fellowship at Montefiore Medical Center of AECOM during which she served as chief medical resident as well as chief cardiology fellow. Dr. Koss has been an investigator in multiple landmark structural heart clinical trials and has presented at multiple national meetings.
