He a Senior Investigator with the TIMI Study Group, chairman of the Executive Committee for the Critical Care Cardiology Trials Network (CCCTN), Co-chair of the AHA Cardiogenic Shock Registry and a member of the leadership council for the ACC Section on Critical Care Cardiology.
