Dr. Tanveer Rab is an Emeritus Professor of Medicine in Interventional Cardiology and Master Clinician at Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia. He is a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology (FACC) and Master Interventionalist of the Society of Coronary Angiography and Interventions (MSCAI).
He has served on the joint ACC/AHA guidelines writing committee, is currently on the Communications Committee and Bifurcation club of SCAI and is a member of the ABIM examination writing and approval committee for Interventional Cardiology. He has served as the host of the monthly webinars for the SCAI Bifurcation Club.
Dr. Rab is a high-volume complex PCI operator with published clinical research interests in Left Main and coronary bifurcation interventions, coronary atherectomy procedures, cardiac arrest and cardiogenic shock.
