Steven Goldberg is an interventional cardiologist in private practice in Las Cruces, New Mexico . He is the former Director for Structural Heart Disease at the Tyler Heart Institute at the Community Hospital of the Monterey Peninsula (CHOMP). He spent 15 years at the University of Washington in Seattle, Washington, where he was the Director of the Cardiac Cath Lab. He is also the Chief Medical Officer for Cardiac Dimensions, Inc. His interests are in structural heart disease, including mitral valve disease, TAVR, ASD closures (and other "pluggable' defects). He also has an interest in intravascular ultrasound, and intra-cardiac ultrasound guidance.
