Creighton W. Don is an interventional cardiologist and Professor of Medicine in the Division of Cardiology at the University of Washington. He is also the section chief of cardiology at the Puget Sound VA hospital in Seattle. He has been involved with transcatheter valvular therapies for over fifteen years and has been an investigator on several TAVR and other percutaneous mitral valve intervention trials. He is currently working on cardiac CT imaging and intracardiac echocardiography to help guide let atrial appendage occlusion procedures and is an advocate of ICE guided LAAO procedures. He has helped start the structural heart and brachytherapy progam at the VA and University of Washington. He is an adjunct faculty with the UW Department of Bioengineering working on developing novel interventional cardiology devices.
