Dr. Mehmet Cilingiroglu is Professor of Medicine, Surgery and Biomedical Engineering at several Universities both in USA as well as in Europe. He is an interventional cardiologist and a well established structural heart interventionalist over 30 years of experience. His research interest are novel device and technology development as well as intracoronary imaging using optical coherence tomography, intravascular laser lithotripsy, structural heart interventions. He had many research fundings from NIH, Department of Defense, VA Merit as well as Investigator initiated clinical studies. He owns several US, Canadian, EU and Australian patents. Loves to teach and mentor the next generation of young emerging cardiovascular leaders.
