Dr. Patrick Bering is the medical director of the Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy program at the MedStar Washington Hospital Center. He is an Assistant Professor of Medicine at Georgetown University School of Medicine. He has been with MedStar Heart and Vascular Institute since 2018. He is a clinical cardiologist with an additional focus in cardiac imaging, especially echocardiography and cardiac magnetic resonance imaging. He is involved with cardiovascular research and education.
