Dr Alaide Chieffo is interventional cardiologist and research director in her Unit at San Raffaele Hospital, Milan , Italy. She is Professor of Cardiology at University Vita Salute San Raffale Milan , Italy . She has been a cofounder and cochair of the WIN SCAI Initiative and Chair (2018-2020) of EAPCI Women. She has been elected as EAPCI Treasurer (2020-2022) and EAPCI President elect (2022-2024) Her main reasearch interest is in complex PCI procedures (bifurcations, unprotected left main), cardiogenic shock, percutaneous ventricular assist device, gender related outcomes, TAVR/ TMVR. She has performed a series of studies and conducted many clinical trials.
