Professor Carlo Di Mario is Director of Structural Interventional Cardiology in the University Hospital Careggi - Florence - Italy and Full Professor of Cardiovascular Medicine at the University of Florence, Italy. Before Dr Carlo Di Mario was Consultant Cardiologist at the Royal Brompton Hospital. He also worked in Milan-San Raffaele and Rotterdam at the Thoraxcenter maintaining special interest to treatment of complex coronary lesions and chronic occlusions, intracoronary imaging and physiology and aortic and mitral valve transcatheter treatment. He served as President of the ESC Interventional Association EAPCI. He serves as Associate/Section Editor of EuroIntervention and Eur Heart J Cardiovascular Imaging and Board Member of the Eur Heart J, JACC, JACC Interv, Circ Interventions, Cathet Cardiovasc Interv. He is the Immediate Past-President of the EuroCTO Club
