He is a Consultant Interventional Cardiologist at King’s College Hospital London and Adjunct Senior Lecturer at King’s College London. He leads research applying novel prediction modelling to improve phenotyping and risk stratification in coronary artery disease, focusing on OHCA and cardiogenic shock. His work integrates intracoronary imaging, including OCT and IVUS, to characterise plaque pathology, optimise PCI strategy, and refine mechanistic risk prediction in acute coronary syndromes. He developed the MIRACLE2 Score and is CI for GLOBAL-MIRACLE and RAPID-MIRACLE. He serves on BCIS and London cardiac arrest groups, advises NICE, publishes in Circulation, JACC and EHJ, and regularly does lectures internationally.
