Dr Sandip Zalawadiya is an Associate Professor of Medicine in the Cardiology Division of Vanderbilt University Medical Center. He is a Heart Failure specialist with over 10 years of experience in the field. He serves as the medical director of the Ventricular Assist Devices program and Director of Remote Patient Management Devices in HF program. His main research interst is in the role of cardiac devices in patients with Stages C and D heart failure. He has participaited in several research studies, including multicenter clinical trials in this area.
