Dr. Parasuram Melarcode Krishnamoorthy is the Director of Structural Heart Program and Director of the Interventional Cardiology Fellowship at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Medical Center. Previously, he served as Associate Director of the Structural Heart Program at The Mount Sinai Hospital. His clinical expertise include complex percutaneous coronary and structural heart interventions, particularly transcatheter aortic, mitral, tricuspid valve therapies, LAAO and ASD/PFO closure. His research focus is on lifetime management of aortic stenosis, particularly redo transcatheter aortic valve interventions, and role of ICE imaging in structural heart disease. He has published over 140 peer-reviewed manuscripts, abstracts, and book chapters in high impact journals. He has received several awards for clinical excellence, research and medical education.
