Hussam Suradi, MD, is an interventional cardiologist at RUSH University Medical Center, specializing in complex coronary and structural heart interventions. He earned his medical degree from the University of Jordan and completed his internal medicine residency, cardiology, and interventional cardiology fellowships at Indiana University. He went on to complete advanced training in structural heart interventions at RUSH.
He has extensive experience performing high-risk percutaneous coronary interventions and structural heart procedures, including transcatheter aortic valve replacement (TAVR), mitral and tricuspid valve replacement (TMVR, TTVR), transcatheter edge-to-edge repair (M-TEER, T-TEER), and left atrial appendage occlusion (LAAO). Dr. Suradi serves as a national proctor for emerging transcatheter devices and is a principal investigator in several ongoing clinical trials.
