Prof. Flavio L. Ribichini graduated in Medicine at the National University of Cordoba, Argentina. In 1986
and board certificated in Cardiology at the University of Torino in 1991.
He trained in interventions at the University of Paris VII, Stanford University, Mount Sinai Medical School, New York and was Research Fellow of the ESC in Aalst, Belgium.
Proficient in Spanish, Italian, English, Portuguese and French.
Full Professor of Cardiovascular Medicine at the University of Verona.
Director of the School of Cardiovascular Medicine and Head of the Cardiology training program and the Master in Interventions of the University.
Director of the Heart Lung and Vascular Department of Verona Hospitals.
Since 2024 is the Secretary of the EAPCI of the ESC and co-Director of the Department of Medicine of the University of Verona.
Author of over 500 full publications on clinical and basic research available in PubMed
