Tonya Elliott is the Program Development Specialist for the Durable Ventricular Assist Device Program at MedStar. She has been working in the VAD space for 35 years and has a special interest in emergency responder education. Tonya also served on the VAD Certification Exam Board and worked to develop the first VAD clinician certificaiton exam.
