Professor Richard A Anderson is a Consultant interventional cardiologist at the University Hospital of Wales, Cardiff. I have 21 years of experience of performing complex coronary intervention and TAVR. My main research interest have been treating complex coronary disease including being a pioneer in complex PCI. I have extensively published in many fields in interventional cardiology, with recent involvement in major clinic trials with novel stent platforms and also have an active research clinical research program in physiologic evaluation of the microvasculature, antiplatelet pharmacology and TAVI. I have particular interest in Pre and post TAVI PCI and TAVI in TAVI. I have been a TAVI implanter for 16 years with extensive experience in complex comorbid TAVR patients including IVL facilitated TF TAVR, V in V TAVR and TAVR in TAVR. I am also an expert in Mitral TEER.
